Late fees for bills paid after the 15th of each month -$2.00 for water & $2.00 for sewer

Late fee for two-month bills paid after the 10th -$35.00

Garbage Fee for customers inside city limits - $4.50/month

OTHER INFORMATION

Property tax due notices are mailed to property owners by October 31st of each year. Taxes should be paid by December 31st to avoid penalties and interest being imposed. A 1% penalty is charged for every month after December 31st the taxes remained un-paid.  Tax assessments may be remitted by mail or in person at Mansfield City Hall.  Payments are accepted in cash, by check, or by money order.
